What is the Annual Meeting and Trade Fair?

One of the Association’s most popular events is the Annual Meeting and Trade Fair. Over 300 REALTORS® and 100 affiliate members attend this annual event. It is a great opportunity to make new contacts and reconnect with others in the business.

The Annual Meeting and Trade Fair is held in September or October each year. The Trade Fair showcases our affiliate members and business partners. Our affiliate members showcase their businesses, distribute giveaways and award door prizes to REALTORS®.

During the Trade Fair, REALTORS® vote on any bylaws changes and for the new Board of Directors.

Members are able to mix and mingle with vendors throughout the duration of the trade fair!

Every half hour attendees will have the chance to win prizes!

Enjoy a selection of free food, a cash bar and plenty of good times networking with fellow REALTORS® and Business Partners.

During the Annual Meeting, the Association’s elected leadership provide an update on the status of the Association, present membership awards and announce the election results.

The Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Foundation also takes this opportunity to report to the membership on their accomplishments for the year and to make check presentations to some of the Foundation’s grant recipients.
