REALTOR® Safety Network

The National Association of REALTORS® is committed to the safety of its members. Through the REALTOR® Safety Network, NAR will deploy REALTOR® Safety Alerts via social media when a physical or cyberthreat to REALTORS® warrants national attention.

Invest in RPAC

The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) works to support candidates who support REALTOR® and consumer interests at the national, state and local levels. With the help of RPAC, the industry is a recognized constituency in Washington D.C., Harrisburg, and our local communities.

Market Statistics

GHAR releases monthly housing statistics on or about the 10th of each month to provide a snapshot of the area’s housing market by county for the preceding month. School District statistics are also released on a quarterly basis by the association.

GHAR provides several opportunities throughout the year for members to become more involved in the association and to network with more than 1,900 other real estate professionals through committees, task forces, networking events, and more.

Legal Hotline

The PAR Legal Hotline is answered by in-house PAR staff attorneys. The attorney who takes your call will be prepared to answer questions pertinent to the brokerage of real estate and membership in the REALTOR® organization. Any REALTOR® member of PAR in good standing can utilize the Legal Hotline.

Dispute Resolution

Local associations of REALTORS® are responsible for enforcing the REALTORS® Code of Ethics. GHAR offers Ombudsman Services, Mediation and Arbitration to ensure honorable, faithful, and competent service to clients and other members of the public by enforcing the Code of Ethics.
