This course will cover the required 2 ½-hr NAR Ethics requirement for the January 1, 2022-December 31, 2024 Ethics Cycle. Approved for 3 ½ hours of CE for the 2022-2024 PA SREC Continuing Education cycle. Course will cover NAR’s Code of Ethics requirement for the January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024 Ethics cycle, PA RELRA laws, Arbitrations, the Ethics enforcement process, Professional Standards Hearings for Ethics and Arbitrations, and Commercial Case Study reviews.
