Course will review materials needed by both real estate licensure and broker candidates to pass the PA State Exam.The textbook to be used for both classes is the Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 14th Edition. The book should be picked up and reviewed prior to class. Tuesday from 5:30p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Instructor: Ted Stefan, GRI, CSP
Cost: $50 for GHRI Students/GHAR Members; $65 for non-GHRI Students/non-members
