This 3 ½ hour course will equip real estate professionals with essential information regarding real estate auctions. Participants will be able to identify auction-worthy properties, be prepared to provide valuable insight to clients and customers regarding the auction process, and generate additional revenue through participating in real estate auctions. Approved for 3 ½ hours continuing education by the PA SREC for the 2022-2024 cycle. Cost: $45.
