Are you curious about how the new rules and PAR Standard Forms will (or will not) affect your agency relationships? This course will provide an overview of agency relationships, discuss the changes (if any) that the new MLS rules have affected, and review some of the forms that impact those relationships.  This 3 ½ hour course will discuss creating agency relationships between Buyer Agent, Seller Agent, Dual Agent, Designated Agent and Non-agent/transactional licensees.  Course will review agency responsibilities, limitations of duty, Issues of agency, and documents and tools of the trade such as: the Agreement of Sale, Addenda, Inspections, disclosure forms, negotiations, and much more.  Course is approved for 3 ½ hours of CE for the 2024-2026 cycle.  Cost is $45.
