Online Pre-licensing
The online courses can be completed from the comfort of your home or business. Once registration and payment are complete, you have access to the course right away and it doesn’t expire for 6 months. You can stop and start the course at any point and it will remember where you left off.
Please note that GHRI classroom and online class payments and deposits are separate, and not interchangeable.
Course Expiration
Online courses must be completed within 180 days of enrollment. You have 90 days to access and review the course content after you have completed the last lesson in a course. Refund policy once you have registered/purchased a course, there are no refunds. Please make sure you have read all of the necessary information before making your purchase.
Course Final Exams
Once you have completed the online course material you are required to take an in-person final exam. There is a final exam for each Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice. You will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your exam and where to take your exam. The final exam must be completed within 90 days of course completion. Upon successful completion of both of the final exams, please visit PearsonVue for step-by-step instructions for scheduling your state licensing exams.

Before you call: Please be prepared to explain your problem in detail and to have access to your computer.
When you place your call: In order to effectively troubleshoot your issue, our technicians begin the call by asking you a series of questions regarding your operating environment. We will need to know what type of computer you are using, the operating system you are using, the version number of your software, etc. Your call may be documented or monitored to help us maintain quality of service standards.
Chat support is also available through the online course. It will appear as an option on your screen while you’re logged on to the course.
