Pennsylvania Real Estate License Renewal
All Pennsylvania real estate licensees (salesperson, associate broker, broker) must renew their license every two years. The current renewal period began June 1, 2026, and ends May 31st, 2028.
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees (including brokers and associate brokers) to complete 14 hours of education each renewal period.
Upcoming Modules
Residential Module (7 hours)
One of 2 required modules for new licensees’ first renewal cycle, for those licensed between December 1, 2025 and November 30, 2027.
