Exemplifying Excellence in Real Estate

The REALTOR® of the Year Award is presented to a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® who embodies professionalism, integrity, and dedication to both the real estate industry and the community. This award recognizes a well-rounded individual whose service, leadership, and REALTOR® spirit make a lasting impact on the Association, clients, colleagues, and the public.

Nominees must be REALTORS^® in good standing of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^®. An individual may be a recipient of this award more than once, but not two years in a row. An individual for whom an application is submitted may be nominated any year (s)he meets award criteria except for the four (4) officers of the Association, who are ineligible during the years they serve as officers.

The recipient is honored at the Association’s Holiday Lunch on December 3, 2025.

The Special Awards Committee will review the submitted information. The Committee may attempt to verify any or all information and shall have final determination regarding its inclusion.

All applications MUST be submitted by Friday, October 10, 2025
