Professional Merit Award

Recognizing Commitment to Professionalism and Service

The Professional Merit Award honors GHAR REALTOR® members who exemplify the highest standards of professionalism through active participation in the Association, dedication to continuing education, and meaningful community service. This award is presented only once to qualifying members in good standing.

The 2025 award recognizes achievements from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Recipients will be honored at the Association’s Holiday Lunch on December 3, 2025.

REALTOR® ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATION POINTS

A minimum of 50 points is required.
5 points for each committee; if a committee chair, no points (see below).
10 points for each committee chair.
Board of Directors in 2025
If an officer, only select officer, not GHAR Board of Director.
Please check your attendance to the following events:
Including the Membership Reception, Social, Taste of the World, Commercial Council Socials, Commercial Tours
5 points if less than $49.50; 10 points if $49.50 or more in 2025.
5 points for each meeting or convention.
Like or follow GHAR Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; Subscribe to weekly emails; Member in GHAR Facebook group; Post in GHAR Facebook group; Participate in promotional video or series; Assisted in a social media campaign. (2 points each) List activities:

Education Points (Minimum of 25 points is required)

5 points for each program
Instructor for GHRI
5 points for each course, no points permitted for teaching the same course.
10 points for each course.
Year earned (20 points) or subsequent years (10 points).

2 points for each half-day course, 4 points for each full day course, 10 points for being a Season Pass Holder.

Community Service (A minimum of 5 points is required, maximum of 25 points)
