Includes Association offices held, commercial committee/PAR task force service for commercial forms, commercial real estate planning committee for education/events, participation in meetings, educational events, and seminars, designations such as CCIM, SIOR, CPM, etc. and served in leadership capacity; attendance at Annual Meeting, PAR meetings, NAR conventions, involvement in other activities, programs or projects sponsored by GHAR/PAR/NAR or other allied organizations, and RPAC and legislative activities such as the Government Affairs Committee or PAR’s Legislative Committee.
Includes participation in civic, service, political, fraternal, religious, and charitable organizations on any level, including paid or unpaid political office and activities in connection with bond or tax elections which impact real estate, public welfare campaigns, and cultural contributions to the community.
Includes general reputation for professional competence, service to clients, progressive manner in conducting business, such as imagination and creativity in advertising and promotion, rehabilitation, land utilization, etc. presenter on a local, state and national level – speaking about issues impacting commercial real estate.
Includes faithfulness to principles of organized real estate, law, and regulations of the Association, adherence to the Code of Ethics, time and effort expended in furthering principles of good real estate practice among other real estate licensees, the press, and the general public, furthering of education, teaching New Member Orientation, teaching commercial courses, willingness to share experience and knowledge with others; service on the state real estate commission.
