Leadership Experience & Community Involvement: As a Pro Coach, I helped new and aspiring professionals build confidence, develop practical skills, and create a clear path toward their goals. I created and led the Launch Program at Keller Williams, a hands-on coaching and training program designed to help participants gain momentum, stay accountable, and take consistent action. Through group coaching, one-on-one mentoring, and ongoing support, I also fostered a positive environment where people felt encouraged, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Whether it’s mentoring new agents through the Launch Program, sharing what I’ve learned, or connecting people with resources and opportunities, I believe a stronger real estate community benefits everyone. I enjoy bringing people together, encouraging collaboration over competition, and helping make GHAR a place where members feel supported, valued in order to grow.”
