Supra’s managed access service provides secure options to grant listing access to individuals who are not members of GHAR.

Non-member Access

Authorization is granted by the listing agent via the eKey app for one-time lockbox access during a designated time window. Supra’s single access key is designed for use only by infrequent users who need one-time access to a listing on a pay-per-use basis. The buyer’s agent will pay a $4 per lockbox fee for single access permissions.

Easily grant access to non-member agents and define an access window directly from the eKEY® app. Access can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance, and real-time notifications tell listing agents when a non-member agent is showing a property.

Real-time agent memos and showing notes enable listing agents to easily provide details, such as alarm codes or special showing instructions, within eKEY when granting access to a non-member agent.

Not a GHAR Member but looking for access? Contact the listing agent, who will start the process by initiating a text invitation! The fee is $4.00 per lockbox.
