Thank you for being a valued business partner of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®. Your continued support has helped make this another successful year. As we approach the end of the year, we would like to inform you of some upcoming changes to the membership renewal process. Membership renewal notices will be distributed on January 5, 2026, with a renewal deadline of March 13, 2026.
Added Benefit
There will be a slight membership increase for Primary and Primary Key Holder members in 2026. The annual membership will increase by $25.
This adjustment includes a valuable new benefit: a comprehensive membership list featuring all association members. The list will include member names, office information, office phone number, and email addresses. This should be used only once, as the accuracy of this information changes daily.
You are welcome to use this list for marketing and networking purposes. However, please use discretion and ensure that communications are professional, relevant, and add value to the business activities of your REALTOR® partners.

2026 Opportunities
As you plan and budget for 2026, we are pleased to announce the second year of our Social Sponsorship Package—now updated and enhanced to better suit businesses of all sizes.

2026 BUSINESS PARTNER MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FAQ
How are GHAR Business Partners notified of their annual membership renewal?
Members are emailed a notice that their annual membership renewal invoice for GHAR is available in their portal.
Reminders are sent via email and included in the GHAR bi-weekly e-newsletter.
How do I pay my 2026 Membership dues?
Members are able to renew through the portal.
Payments can also be made by calling 717-364-3200 or by mail: PO Box 244, Elizabethtown, PA 17022-0244
When must I pay my annual membership dues?
All renewal payments must be paid in full by March 13, 2026.
What happens if I don’t renew my membership before the deadline?
If you do not renew your business partner membership by the March 31, 2026, deadline, your membership will be terminated and you will no longer have access to your benefits.
Are membership dues refundable?
No, membership renewal dues are NON REFUNDABLE.
I can’t remember if I paid my renewal dyes, how can I check?
Members can sign into their GHAR Member Portal to view billing information. On the right hand side, select Menu followed by Financial Services. Then select ‘Check your Account- Association.’
Members can also call the association to verify payment status.
What should I do if I don’t remember my GHAR Portal Login?
If you remember your ‘Username’ but can’t remember your password, you can select ‘Forgot Password’ to reset it.
