This 3 ½ hour course will review the Condominium Act, Site/Building Plans, Residential vs. Commercial, Building vs. Land, Financing Requirements such as: resale certification, financing, defaults, and insurance; Municipal impact Fees, Storm Water, Inspections and much more. Course is approved for 3 1/2 hours CE by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle. Cost is $50.
