Attended the following Association events – Annual Meeting & Trade Fair, Holiday Lunch and Installation, Membership Reception, and various social networking events.
Attended the following Foundation events – REALTORS® Reach Out, Trivia Night, and donation drives supporting local families through food and school supply collections.
Leadership Experience & Community Involvement: My leadership experience extends across both the real estate industry and my local community. As a Certified Mentor with Iron Valley Real Estate, I lead regular training sessions, mentor new agents, and help develop educational opportunities that support professional growth. I also coordinate and facilitate our office’s Power Hour training program, creating opportunities for agents to learn, collaborate, and strengthen their businesses.
Outside of real estate, I am the founder of Bridging Landisburg Together, a community nonprofit dedicated to bringing people together through service projects, family events, and community engagement.
I also serve as Vice President of the Landisburg Lions Club, where I help lead the organization, spearhead fundraising initiatives, and support a variety of community service projects. In addition, I serve as a Council Member for the Landisburg Borough Council, where I work alongside fellow council members to help guide decisions that support the growth and well-being of our community.
Whether mentoring fellow REALTORS®, leading community organizations, or serving in local government, I am passionate about bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and finding meaningful ways to make a positive impact.
GHAR Benefits and Services Used: Professional development and continuing education classes.
What are Your Favorite Benefits that GHAR offers: Professional development is my favorite GHAR benefit. I believe that learning should never stop, regardless of where we are in our careers. The educational opportunities offered through GHAR help me continue to grow professionally, stay current with industry changes, strengthen my skills, and ultimately provide better service to my clients. As both a REALTOR® and a mentor, I also value being able to take what I learn and share that knowledge with others.
How do you View Yourself as a Champion of GHAR: “I view myself as a champion of GHAR by actively participating in the association, investing in my own professional growth, and encouraging others to do the same. I believe our Association is strongest when members are engaged, connected, and committed to serving both one another and our communities.
As a mentor, I regularly encourage agents to take advantage of GHAR’s educational opportunities, member resources, and networking events because I have personally experienced the value they provide. I strive to represent our profession with integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit while building positive relationships with fellow REALTORS®, industry partners, and the communities we serve.
Being a champion for GHAR means more than attending events means helping strengthen the association by supporting its mission, promoting the value it brings to our members, and encouraging others to become involved. I am proud to represent an organization that is committed to professionalism, education, advocacy, and community service.”
Reason to Serve: “I want to serve on the Board of Directors because I believe active involvement is one of the best ways to strengthen both our profession and our association. Throughout my career, I’ve found that some of the most valuable opportunities have come from building relationships, collaborating with other REALTORS®, and learning from experienced leaders. Serving on the Board would allow me to continue growing professionally while also giving back to an organization that has provided me with valuable resources and support.
As a mentor and community leader, I enjoy bringing people together, listening to different perspectives, and helping create opportunities for others to succeed. I believe those experiences would allow me to contribute thoughtfully to the Board’s work.
