Doug Groff

Bio: Doug Groff is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience driving growth and fostering client relationships across the construction, real estate, and financial services industries. Currently, he leads business development at Scenic Ridge Construction, where he helps businesses craft distinctive commercial and industrial spaces through design-build new construction, renovations, expansions, and custom fabrication projects.

Throughout his career, Doug has held leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, and operations, including positions at Garman Builders, CCS Building Group, Teraverde Management Advisors, and American Home Bank. He is recognized for his ability to build strong referral networks, develop market strategies, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Doug is also deeply engaged in his community, volunteering as a youth baseball and basketball coach and has served on boards for organizations such as PRiMA Theatre and the Lancaster Safety Coalition.
