Smith Named 2021 President of REALTORS® Association

ENOLA (Dec. 21, 2020) – In a virtual ceremony led by 2013 GHAR President Michael Pion, with NextHome Capital Realty in Camp Hill, the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® installed Adrian Smith, with Keller Williams Realty in Harrisburg, as president for the upcoming year.

He will assume his duties beginning January 1, 2021. Jordan Piscioneri, MCNE, e-PRO®, C2EX, with Century 21 Realty Services in Camp Hill, will continue to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors as past president.

Smith, a REALTOR^® for the past 12 years, has served the Association in a variety of positions, including vice president, secretary/treasurer, state director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®, Finance Committee chair, Leadership Development Committee chair, Foundation Board of Directors member, Foundation Golf Outing Committee member, Management Issues Committee member, Headquarters & Staffing Committee member, Legal Counsel Task Force member, Strategic Quick Think member, and MLS Advisory Committee member.

Also installed as officers for 2021 were: Vice President Cathie Heika, ABR, ASP, CMRS, CNE, GREEN, SRES, SRS, e-PRO®, C2EX, with RE/MAX Realty Associates in Camp Hill, and Secretary/Treasurer Sylvia Hess, CRB, C2EX, with Turn Key Realty Group in Camp Hill.

 Installed on the Association’s Board of Directors for 2021 were: Tracee Carter with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Camp Hill; James L. Helsel, Jr., CCIM, CPM, SIOR, CRE, CRB, DSA, AHWD, FRICS with Turn Key Realty Group in Camp Hill; Tracy Klinger with RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Harrisburg; Jimmy Koury, ABR, e-PRO® with RSR, REALTORS®, LLC in Lemoyne; Danielle Moore, CNE with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Camp Hill; Gary Muccio, C2EX with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola; and Danielle Wadsworth, MRE, ABR, C2EX, MRP, SRS, AHWD, CRB, PSA with Dream Home Realty, LLC in Lemoyne.

Continuing to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors in 2021 are: Stephen Fleming, CNE, ABR, SRES, C2EX with D’Angelo Realty Group, Inc in New Cumberland; Wendell Hoover, CNE, with Iron Valley of Central PA in Harrisburg; Justin Hovetter, CNE, C2EX with Iron Valley Real Estate of Central PA in Carlisle; and Susan Thomas, ABR, with Century 21 Realty Services in Camp Hill.
