ENOLA (Dec. 21, 2020) – In a ceremony led by the 2010 Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Foundation President Jodi Diego, CSP, ABR, CNE, SRES with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Camp Hill, the Foundation installed Danielle Wadsworth, MRE, C2EX, ABR, SRS, AHWD, CRB, PSA, MRP, with Dream Home Realty, LLC in Lemoyne as president for the upcoming year.
She will assume her duties beginning January 1, 2021. Kelly Spasic with Help U Sell Detwiler Realty in Carlisle will continue to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors as past president.
Also installed as officers for 2021 were: Vice President Keith Lipari, SRS with RE/MAX 1st Advantage in Mechanicsburg, and Secretary/Treasurer Richard (Tad) French with Keller Williams Realty in Harrisburg.
Installed as directors for the Foundation were: Teri Bowermaster, AHWD, C2EX with Iron Valley Real Estate of Central PA in Carlisle; Erin Downey with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Camp Hill; and Kayleen Timmons with TeamPete Realty Services, Inc. in Camp Hill.
Continuing to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2021 are: Jeremy McMichael, an affiliate member with A Plus Mortgage Solutions, Inc. in Mechanicsburg; Taryn Meck, SRS, C2EX, with Dream Home Realty, LLC in Lemoyne; and Christopher Pirritano with RE/MAX Realty Associates in Camp Hill.
The Foundation also celebrated another successful year in 2020. Through the generous donations of REALTORS® and affiliate members, the Foundation was able to distribute $16,000 to seven organizations across the South Central Pennsylvania area.
The Foundation had its most successful year ever with its Thanksgiving Food Drive. The Foundation was able to provide turkeys and Karn’s gift cards to 25 different organizations that distributed the turkeys and gift cards to 1,160 less fortunate families in the greater Harrisburg area.
The mission of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Foundation is to financially support non-profit charitable organizations with a housing- and shelter- related focus which enrich the quality of life and support the human need of the Greater Harrisburg community.
