Your Supra eKEY® includes Agent Safety Alert—a quick way to silently notify your trusted contacts if you feel unsafe during a showing, open house, or appointment.

Agent Safety Alert lets you send a prewritten emergency message to up to three contacts (via text and/or email) straight from the eKEY app—quietly and without drawing attention.

How it works (at a glance)

  • You set up your emergency contacts and an alert message
  • When you need to use it, open the eKEY app and trigger the alert discreetly.
  • Your contacts receive your message along with directions to your current location (based on your lockbox location)
