The Advantages of Home Inspections for Licensees and Their Clients

This 3 ½ hour course will educate licensees on the various types of inspections that a client can request as part of the buying and selling process.  This course will outline what the responsibilities of the home inspector are during a home inspection, based upon PA Standards of Practice for home inspections, will walk licensees through a general home inspection process from start to finish, and explain what is covered and not covered during a home inspection.   Approved for 3 ½ hour CE for the 2024-2026 PA SREC CE cycle.  Cost $50.
