Residential Valuation:  Making Sense of Market Value “A BPO Price Opinion Course”

This 3.5 hour course is designed for real estate salespersons which will raise knowledge and competence in the valuation of residential real estate and satisfy the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commissions requirements for a BPO Course. This class will help salespersons better serve both buyers and sellers.  We will review fundamental appraisal concepts, including all three approaches to value.   The class will include a discussion of all applicable laws, processes, and procedures surrounding the valuation of real property. The class will review comparative market analyses and broker-price opinions. Approved for 3 ½ hours CE for the 2024-20-26 PA SREC cycle.  Also approved for initial 3-hour educational requirement needed to perform a BPO and continuing educational requirement needed to continue to perform a BPO. Cost $50.
