Pitfalls in Negotiating Commercial Leases

This 3 ½ hour course will cover what a lease is, the necessity of a written lease, governing laws such as: landlord tenant, fair housing and contract interpretation principles;  parties’ intentions and court interpretations, parties to lease, premises, monetary and other important least terms, default and remedies and much more. Course is approved for 3 1/2 hours CE by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle.  Cost is $50.
