This 3 ½ hour class is designed for agents and brokers who want a clear understanding of the buyer’s side of the commercial real estate transaction.  Course will cover how to systemize your business, understanding the language of the investor, understanding the three types of ROI, letters of intent, cap rates, the three types of investors and how they buy, exploring diminishing return on equity, and much more. Approved for 3 ½ hour of CE for the 2024-2026 cycle.
