Course Info
This 3 ½ hour class will cover how an agent can successfully negotiate on behalf of his or her client, without violating fiduciary duties. Students will learn how to: identify opportunities for negotiation, understand the win/win strategy, negotiate strategy with clients through consultation, use strategies to help both sides focus on their respective positions, demonstrate techniques learned in class to negotiate, and much more. Approved for 3 ½ hour of CE for the 2024-2026 cycle. Cost is $50.
