Financing Fundamentals:  What Every Agent Should Know

This 3 ½ hour course will raise salesperson’s knowledge and competence regarding real estate financing.  The class will review common mortgage products and government loans.  The course will discuss laws, entities, and processes and procedures surrounding the real estate financing portion of the real estate transaction. The course is approved for 3 ½  hours CE by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle.  Cost is $50.
