Fair Housing:  Reflecting on the Past, Shaping the Future

This 3 ½ hour course will cover the history of housing discrimination, protected classes, common fair housing violations, advertising requirements, accommodations and modifications for persons with disabilities, PA State Laws, Article 10 of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, current issues, and best practices to avoid discrimination.  The course is approved for the mandatory 2 hours of Fair Housing required by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle.  The course is also approved for the NAR Fair Housing requirement for the January 1, 2025- December 31, 2027 cycle.  Cost is $50.
