Commercial Fair Housing Update

This 3 ½ hour course will cover the basics of Fair Housing, Steering, Redlining, Implicit Bias, Familial Status Disabilities, medical marijuana protection, advertising, sexual harassment as discrimination, use of criminal background checks, and best practices for Fair Housing, plus much more.  The course is approved for the mandatory 2-hours of Fair Housing required by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle.  Course is also approved for the NAR Fair Housing requirement for the January 1, 2025-December 31, 2027 cycle.  Cost $50.
