A Fresh Look at the Agreement of Sale and Addenda

This 3 ½ hour course will raise knowledge and competence when preparing and presenting the Agreement of Sale and the various addenda.  Termination, release forms, procedures, and proper escrow and money procedures will be discussed.  The course will discuss all provisions, rights, and responsibilities of sellers, buyers, and licensees. The course is approved for 3 1/2 hours CE by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle.  Cost is $50.
