A Fresh Look at Employment Contracts

This 3 ½ hour course will raise knowledge and competence in preparing and presenting the Exclusive Listing Contract and the Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreements.  Transaction licensee contracts will be reviewed, along with the Consumer Notice.  The class will cover all provisions and the rights and responsibilities of sellers, buyers, and licensees. The course is approved for 3 1/2 hours CE by the PA SREC for the 2024-2026 CE cycle.  Cost is $50.
