Bright MLS
Bright MLS is the regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) used to access, enter, and manage property listings.
It is the primary system real estate professionals use to search listings, review market data, and collaborate with other agents.
If you plan to actively list or sell property, MLS participation is essential.
Bright MLS allows you to:
- Enter and manage listings
- Access real-time property data
- Run comparables (CMAs)
- Work efficiently with other agents
How to Join Bright MLS
- Go to the Welcome to Bright MLS page and select the appropriate office role; Agent.
- From this page, you can also Check Application Status and Activate/reactivate your subscription.
- Enter the information required for each step outlined in the electronic application process, review/accept the license agreement, and click Submit.
- Once completed, you will receive email notifications about the status of your application.
- Only the Broker of Record or assigned Authorized Signer can approve the application.
