HARRISBURG, PA – November 11, 2025 – October’s housing activity across the Greater Harrisburg region reflected a market adapting to shifting inventory levels while maintaining solid transactional momentum. With buyers remaining active and pricing trends holding firm, the latest data from the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® (GHAR) underscores a balanced environment where demand continues to meet opportunity.
“Our region continued to show steady buyer and seller engagement as we moved through October,” says 2025 GHAR President Jimmy Koury. “Cumberland and Dauphin Counties both saw strong contract activity, helping keep closings on pace with last year, while prices held firm or trended up. Even as new listing volume tightened in several areas, buyers stayed motivated, and homes continued selling at strong price-to-list ratios across all three counties.
