Hess Named 2022 President of REALTORS® Association

ENOLA (Dec. 16, 2021) – In a ceremony led by 2021 GHAR President Adrian Smith, with Keller Williams Realty in Harrisburg, the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® installed Sylvia Hess, CRB, CNE with Turn Key Realty Group in Camp Hill, as president for the upcoming year.

She will assume her duties beginning January 1, 2022. Adrian Smith will continue to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors as past president.

Hess, a REALTOR^® for the past 10 years, has served the Association in a variety of positions, including vice president, secretary/treasurer, state director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®, Finance Committee Chair, Management Issues Committee Vice Chair, Special Events Committee member, and Office Liaison.

Also installed as officers for 2022 were: Vice President Wendell Hoover, CNE, with Iron Valley of Central PA in Harrisburg, and Secretary/Treasurer Tracy Klinger, AHWD, with RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Harrisburg.

 Installed on the Association’s Board of Directors for 2022 were: Derek Bicksler with RSR, REALTORS®, LLC in Lemoyne; Stephen Fleming, SRES, ABR, CNE, C2EX, with D’Angelo Realty Group Inc. in New Cumberland; Tracy Georgeff, CNE, CSP, CMRS, with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola; James Rhoads, ABR, CNE, e-PRO, with Berkshire Hathaway

HomeServices Homesale Realty in Camp Hill; Barbra Murdocca with Landmark Commercial Realty in Camp Hill; and Pamela Rux, CMRS, e-PRO, C2EX, with Iron Valley of Central PA in Harrisburg.

Continuing to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors in 2022 are: Tracee Carter, ABR, SRS, AHWD, with Coldwell Banker Realty in Camp Hill; Jimmy Koury, ABR, e-PRO, C2EX, with RSR, REALTORS®, LLC in Lemoyne; Gary Muccio, AHWD, C2EX, with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola; Chris Timmons, SRES, with TeamPete Realty Services, Inc. in Camp Hill; and Danielle Wadsworth, MRE, ABR, MRP, SRS, AHWD, CRB, PSA, C2EX, with Dream Home Realty LLC in Lemoyne.
