Klinger Named 2024 REALTORS® Association President
(Enola, PA) Amidst the festive ambiance of the Holiday Lunch, the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® inducted it’s new leaders to its Board of Directors for 2024.
Guided by the outgoing 2023 GHAR President Wendell Hoover, CNE, C2EX, of Iron Valley Real Estate of Central PA, the mantle of leadership was officially passed to Tracy Klinger, AWHD, representing RE/MAX Realty Professionals. Klinger, a seasoned REALTOR® with an impressive 19-year track record, will commence her tenure as president on January 1, 2024. Hoover, in his role as past president, will continue to contribute his expertise as a valued member of the Association’s Board of Directors.
Klinger’s extensive service to the Association has been a cornerstone of her professional journey, having held various roles such as Association and Foundation vice president, Association and Foundation secretary/treasurer, and active participation in numerous committees, including the Emerging Trends committee, Finance committee, Housing Opportunities Task Force, Thanksgiving Food Drive committee, Foundation Golf Outing committee, and Comedy Night Committee.
Joining Klinger in the leadership lineup for 2024 are Vice President Jimmy Koury, CCIM, ABR, C2EX, e-PRO of RSR REALTORS® LLC, and Secretary/Treasurer Tracee Carter, ABR, AHWD, GREEN, SRS from Coldwell Banker Realty.
The steadfast commitment to the Association’s mission is further underscored by the continued service of the following members on the Board: Joshua Clelan, SRES, SRS, PSA, with Coldwell Banker Realty; Shannon Kincaid, GREEN, SRES, with Berkshire Hathaway; Barbra Murdocca, SRES, with Landmark Commercial Realty; Chris Timmons, ABR, SRS, SRES, MCNE, GREEN, AHWD, with EXP Realty, LLC; Mike Vogel, with Century 21 Realty Services; and Danielle Winn, MRE, ABR, MRP, SRS, AHWD, CRB, PSA, C2EX, with Dream Home Realty LLC.
