Timmons Named 2023 President of REALTORS® Foundation

ENOLA (Jan. 4, 2023) – In a ceremony led by the 2013 Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® Foundation President Karen Detwiler with 2022 President Keith Lipari, the two installed Kayleen Timmons, C2EX, AHWD, ABR, with EXP Realty New Cumberland, as president for the upcoming year.

She will assume her duties beginning January 1, 2023. Keith will continue to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors as past president.

Also installed as officers for 2023 were: Vice President Laurie Carney, SRES, SRS, C2EX, AHWD, ABR, with Dream Home Realty LLC in Lemoyne and Secretary/Treasurer Karen Agar, with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola.

Installed as directors for the Foundation were: Tara Davis with RE/MAX Prestige Shippensburg; Stephen Fleming, SRES, ABR, CNE, C2EX, with D’Angelo Realty Group Inc. and RE/MAX Pathway LLC; Noel Kelley, Coldwell Banker Realty Camp Hill; and Harry Williams, with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Camp Hill.

Continuing to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2023 are: Chris Pirritano with RE/MAX Realty Associates in Camp Hill; and Tami Dykes with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola.

The Foundation also celebrated another successful year in 2022. Through the generous donations of REALTORS^® and affiliate members, the Foundation was able to distribute $15,000 to eight organizations across the South-Central Pennsylvania area.

The Foundation had another successful Thanksgiving Food Drive. The Foundation was able to provide turkeys and Karn’s gift cards to 25 different organizations that distributed the turkeys and gift cards to 1,000 less fortunate families in the greater Harrisburg area.

The mission of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® Foundation is to financially support non-profit charitable organizations with a housing- and shelter- related focus which enrich the quality of life and support the human need of the Greater Harrisburg community.
