Hoover Named 2023 President of REALTORS® Association
ENOLA (Jan. 4, 2023) – In a ceremony led by 2022 GHAR President Sylvia Hess, with Turn Key Realty Group in Camp Hill, the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® installed Wendell Hoover, CNE, C2EX with Iron Valley of Central PA Harrisburg as president for the upcoming year.
He will assume his duties beginning January 1, 2023. Sylvia Hess will continue to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors as past president.
Hoover, a REALTOR® for the past 14 years, has served the Association in a variety of positions, including vice president, secretary/treasurer, state director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, Emerging Trends committee member, Finance member, and Housing Opportunities Task Force member.
Also installed as officers for 2023 were: Vice President Tracy Klinger, AWHD, with RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Harrisburg and Secretary/Treasurer Jimmy Koury, CCIM, ABR, C2EX, e-PRO with RSR, REALTORS®, LLC in Lemoyne.
Installed on the Association’s Board of Directors for 2023 were: Joshua Clelan, SRES, SRS, PSA, with Coldwell Banker Realty Hershey; Nick Feagley, PSA, AHWD, ABR, with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Carlisle; Shannon Kincaid, GREEN, SRES, with Berkshire Hathaway in Camp Hill; Barbra Murdocca, SRES, with Landmark Commercial Realty in Camp Hill; Chris Timmons, ABR, SRS, SRES, MCNE, GREEN, AHWD, with EXP Realty, LLC; Mike Vogel, with Century 21 Realty Services in Camp Hill; and Danielle Winn, MRE, ABR, MRP, SRS, AHWD, CRB, PSA, C2EX, with Dream Home Realty LLC in Lemoyne.
Continuing to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors in 2023 are: Stephen Fleming, SRES, ABR, CNE, C2EX, with D’Angelo Realty Group Inc. and RE/MAX Pathway LLC; Tracy Georgeff, CNE, CSP, CMRS, with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola; James Rhoads, ABR, CNE, e-PRO, with Berkshire Hathaway Camp Hill and Pamela Rux, CMRS, e-PRO, C2EX, with Iron Valley of Central PA in Harrisburg.
