Lipari Named 2022 President of REALTORS® Foundation

ENOLA (Dec. 16, 2021) – In a ceremony led by the 2021 Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® Foundation President Danielle Wadsworth, MRE, ABR, MRP, SRS, AHWD, CRB, PSA, C2EX, with Dream Home Realty LLC in Lemoyne, the Foundation installed Keith Lipari, SRS, C2EX with RE/MAX 1st Advantage in Mechanicsburg as president for the upcoming year.

He will assume his duties beginning January 1, 2022. Wadsworth will continue to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors as past president.

Also installed as officers for 2022 were: Vice President Kayleen Timmons, C2EX, with TeamPete Realty Services, Inc. in Camp Hill, and Secretary/Treasurer Laurie Carney, SRES, SRS, C2EX with Dream Home Realty LLC in Lemoyne.

Installed as directors for the Foundation were: Karen Agar with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola; Derek Bicksler with RSR, REALTORS®, LLC in Lemoyne; and Brittany Shirk with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola.

Continuing to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2022 are: Erin Downey with CB Residential Brokerage in York; Chris Pirritano with RE/MAX Realty Associates in Camp Hill; and Tami Dykes with Keller Williams of Central PA in Enola.

The Foundation also celebrated another successful year in 2021. Through the generous donations of REALTORS^® and affiliate members, the Foundation was able to distribute $14,000 to seven organizations across the South Central Pennsylvania area.

The Foundation had its most successful year ever with its Thanksgiving Food Drive. The Foundation was able to provide turkeys and Karn’s gift cards to 24 different organizations that distributed the turkeys and gift cards to 1,200 less fortunate families in the greater Harrisburg area.

The mission of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® Foundation is to financially support non-profit charitable organizations with a housing- and shelter- related focus which enrich the quality of life and support the human need of the Greater Harrisburg community.
