PAR Hotline attorney, Hank Lerner, will be discussing relevant hot topics that that the PAR legal hotline is hearing from the local real estate market. Local issues dealing with closings, liabilities with clients, escalation clauses and COVID related issues will be discussed. Please bring all of your questions!
