Challenges amidst COVID-19 and the outlook for commercial real estate in Central PA: A Commercial Council Virtual Event

Please join us for a panel discussion about the challenges Central PA faces in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The panelists will be discussing their outlook for commercial real estate in Central PA. As the challenges change almost daily, the discussion will aim to help market participants in the problem-solving that persists during this difficult time. The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A.

Panelists include:

Mike Rohm

Mike is an MAI appraiser with 5 years in the industry. He is an Advisor at SVN Latus and is President/Owner of Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group.

Dan Alderman, NAI CIR

Dan has been actively involved is commercial real estate sales and leasing since 1983 and has an annual average volume of $30-35 million. Dan’s practice is focused on warehouse/flex sales and leasing and office sales and leasing.

 In 2019 Dan was in the Top 50 Producing Agents for NAI Global with over 4000 real estate professions.

Ben Atwood, CoStar Market Analytics

Ben Atwood has been with the CoStar Market Analytics team for five years, and during that time he has covered all of Pennsylvania outside of Philadelphia, all of Ohio, as well as upstate New York. He is a frequent visitor to the central PA markets, and currently lives in Luzerne County.   



Jim is a third generation REALTOR® practicing since 1975 and is President of Helsel, Incorporated, Realtors®, a commercial/industrial brokerage, appraisal, counseling and property management real estate company in Camp Hill, Pa founded in 1929. He was a founding member of Turn Key Realty Group and continues to be their Broker of Record.
