Bias in Appraisals

Course topics include underwriting guidelines, fair housing, general business practices, and general ethics. At the end of the course, students will be able to identify fair housing laws, review and discuss bias in appraisal complaints, identify phrases and words in appraisals, and identify risk reduction strategies. Approved for 3 1/2 hours Appraisal Re-certification of 2021-2023 cycle. Cost $45.
