Agency in Pennsylvania

This 3 ½ hour course defines agency, and discusses creating agency relationships between Buyer Agent, Seller Agent, Dual Agent, Designated Agent and Non-agent/transactional licensees.  Course will review agency responsibilities, limitations of duty, Issues of agency, and documents and tools of the trade such as: the Agreement of Sale, Addenda, Inspections, disclosure forms, negotiations, and much more.  Course is approved for 3 ½ hours of CE for the 2022-2024 cycle.  Cost is $45.
